Joe Diaz, Managing Partner

In a career spanning more than 25 years Joe Diaz has extensive experience in advising and counseling corporate management teams on operational and valuation issues. He has been instrumental in crafting and executing strategic programs that have yielded significant enhancement of shareholder value --including AdvancePCS (now Caremark Rx, Inc.), Allied Waste, Inc. (NYSE: AW), Bio-Rad Laboratories (AMEX: BIO), CNS, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNXS) and Abaxis, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABAX), among others.
